This is a remote role for an Independent Agent at MedMutual Protect.
The Independent Agent will be responsible for generating new leads and sales, meeting with potential policyholders to determine their needs, and explaining policy options and coverages.
The Independent Agent will also be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and supporting them throughout the policy life cycle.
As an Independent Agent, you will enjoy the flexibility in managing how and when you approach your clients and running your business as you like it, while driving your income through sales activity.
You will be responsible for soliciting clients, developing and maintaining relationships to drive sales, and helping your clients access and update their insurance coverage as their needs evolve.

* Sales and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Self-motivation, entrepreneurship and the ability to work independently from a remote location
* Prior experience in Insurance Sales is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
* Ability to obtain a license to sell insurance in the candidate's state
