Streamline the online quote to purchase path, boosting user satisfaction and performance
Identify and implement innovate digital solutions that increase our ability to generate leads and engage agents
Lead Artificial Intelligence workstreams aimed at driving increased operational effectiveness and efficiency
Promote digital adoption of tools and services while overseeing digital tool compliance

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years in a digital leadership role, preferably with a financial services or similar organization
Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
Experience leading in an Agile delivery model
Success working and leading digital transformation
Demonstrated success in transforming and optimizing the digital customer sales and service experience
Strong technical skills and understanding of JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Python, and Java
