*Responsibilities:*
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
_Business Development:_Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
_Referral building: _Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.
).
_Staffing and Scheduling: _Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
_In-home Assessments: _Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
_Financial Management: _ Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
_Cultivating Culture: _Creating the workplace of choice for your territory.
Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
* Success with meeting sales and business development goals
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
