Job Description Summary: Sales Training Lead Trainer will manage and monitor content development and deployment for assigned sales training programs in conjunction with Sales Training & Talent Development leadership.
Will be responsible for assisting in development of new sales training programs and materials, including training manuals, online training materials, virtual programming and in person workshops, ensuring industry and clinical accuracy throughout.
Participate in content creation for all sales and clinical sales training programs through needs assessments and analysis of post-training data and feedback.
Will be fully engaged and aligned with sales training leadership to ensure training meets/exceeds sales growth objectives, revenue targets and start goals.
Facilitate sales training workshops as required in person and virtually.

Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.

Required to be able to travel via independent vehicle or public transportation.

Minimum pay is $77,424.
