Job Description Summary: Sales Training Lead Trainer will manage and monitor content development and deployment for assigned sales training programs in conjunction with Sales Training & Talent Development leadership.
Will be responsible for assisting in development of new sales training programs and materials, including training manuals, online training materials, virtual programming and in person workshops, ensuring industry and clinical accuracy throughout.
Participate in content creation for all sales and clinical sales training programs through needs assessments and analysis of post-training data and feedback.
Will be fully engaged and aligned with sales training leadership to ensure training meets/exceeds sales growth objectives, revenue targets and start goals.
Facilitate sales training workshops as required in person and virtually.
Job Description: Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) Collaboration with sales training leadership and sales enablement teams to enhance skills and reports, aligning learning initiatives to core Sales and performance KPIs Deliver effective programs (across onboarding, through the learning journey and throughout commercial team tenure with the organization) that meet/exceed the needs of this evolving organization Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, course content and desired learning outcomes.
Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.

) Basic Qualifications Passion for learning and people development Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Persistent, go getter, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly Responds quickly and effectively to changing environments Proficiency in adult learning principles and learning modalities Superior presentation and facilitation skills, including experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques Strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships, persuasion skills, negotiation skills and critical thinking skills Physical Demand Requirements Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Required to be able to travel via independent vehicle or public transportation.
Occasional bending, stooping, reaching Required to use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, computer & audio/visual equipment.
Travel Requirements: (if required) 30-50% - potential for more if not Chicago area based Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs) Bachelor’s Degree Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Minimum pay is $77,424.
