As a Territory Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling CVS/specialty pharmacy services to key targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions for complex disease states including Oncology, Autoimmune Disorders, Immunodeficiency, Pulmonary Hypertension (PAH), Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (AAT) and Hereditary Angioedema (HAE).
Your ability to develop strong relationships with decisions makers at the referral sources is key to identifying their needs and positioning CVS Specialty Pharmacy differentiators to support the providers and the patients we serve.
You will have a designated territory, where you are tasked with developing and executing a sales strategy to ensure open market growth.
Your success is measured through percent to sales goal metrics, Internal KPIs, and internal and external client satisfaction.
This role will cover the Southern Illinois territory and the candidate must live in Illinois (i.
e.
Springfield, Peoria, Champaign, etc) Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with our referral sources.
Understand their unique needs and offer our services and drive growth.
Deliver sales performance.
Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including sales activities and customer interactions.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
Deep understanding of our products and services and ability to position with customers.
Work closely with our internal teams, including pharmacy personal, Digital, and marketing.
Gather and relay customer feedback to ensure improvement in our offered services.
Develop relationships with external partners such as pharmaceutical Representative and foundations.
Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of specialty pharmaceuticals or specialty pharmacy 3+ years of experiences in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales.
Must have a valid driver license.
Operate a vehicle.
Travel around 50-75% of the time.
Overnights as needed.
Ability to self-manage a territory, hitting targeting/frequency goals to grow revenue and Rx count.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of: Specialty pharmacy services and offerings.
Medical vs.
Pharmacy billing, Buy and Bill.
Nursing for at home infused products.
Salesforce (CRM), Microsoft suits.
Coordinate various stakeholder interest to grow territory revenue and prescription referrals.
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,500.
00 - $158,300.
00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
