As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will enable our global marketing teams to scale revenue and optimize the prospect and customer experience through marketing technology - across email, web, and media.
As our ideal candidate, you will bring extensive expertise in B2B demand generation and product led growth.
You will have implemented and integrated a variety of different marketing technologies and understand the benefits and drawbacks to different approaches.
In addition, you have driven the consolidation and streamlining of workflows, processes and reporting to bring diverse systems together into one.

What you’ll do Own key marketing workflows, including web experience, lead management, campaign operations, audience segmentation, and campaign and channel reporting.
Prioritize the continuous optimization of key workflows and their associated systems as we scale.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute and orchestrate marketing and sales campaigns.
Create and maintain core metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Monitor and maintain lead, contact, and account quality.
Own targets for conversion rate optimization from first impression to pipeline generation Who you are: Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter.
10+ years of experience within marketing, sales, and business operations, including managerial experience.
Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions, including the ability to translate analysis into key business insights and action plans.
Comfortable engaging and communicating with executive level stakeholders.
You have a strong understanding of the marketing and sales technology landscape, measurement, and attribution approaches.
You are deeply familiar with core B2B systems and how to optimize them, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Proficiency and confidence in data analysis/visualization tools (e.
g.
, Tableau, Domo) As required by Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado and New York City.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary range is between $180,000 - $190,000.
