(ISI) is a dynamic management consulting firm focusing on Business Process Improvement/Optimization/Re-engineering and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
We are excited to expand our OCM team to meet the needs of our clients.
The Change Management Consultant will report to the OCM Practice Lead and use your experience to help us execute the change management approach.
In this role, you will:
* Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
* Assess stakeholder groups and change impacts
* Identify and manage change resistance
* Coach people-managers and supervisors
* Write, develop, and design content to reinforce key change messages
* Create engaging presentations for a wide variety of stakeholder groups
*Requirements*
1.
*Must live in Illinois* with the ability to work in Springfield, IL a minimum of 4 days per week.
Not negotiable.
Relocation support is available.
2.
Bachelor’s in business, communications, organizational psychology, or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
3.
Minimum Change Management Experience *3-5 years*.
4.
Change Management Certification (CCMP or Prosci).
5.
Possess a complete set of *highly proficient* technology skills applicable to all OCM needs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, to name a few).
6.
*Highly Articulate,* both written and verbal.
Communicate openly and frequently with internal and external stakeholders.
7.
Highly *motivated* individual who proactively seeks out information and actively learns about systems, processes, and the change being implemented.
8.
Familiarity with the *cadence and language* of systems projects and *business process mapping* is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.
