*Job Summary:*
ReVamp Deck & Fence is a fast-growing, award-winning, dynamic company, and we need an Outside Sales Representative! We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate knows how to get the sales, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients.
We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for the customer that enables the company to reach its profit goals.
* Maintain and develop new and existing customers.
* Establish an effective presentation and promote our Deck and Fence division to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
* Handle customer questions, issues, concerns, and seek to resolve them in the most cost effective and timely way possible.
* Stay up to date on current industry trends.
* Work to develop rapport and trust with the customer while presenting information in an effective manner.
*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of sales experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
* Ability to effectively present and relay information to clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to work every other weekend.
* Technical aptitude.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
· Experience in Deck & Fence a plus.
· In-home sales experience a plus.
