As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion, while leading and inspire a high-performance sales team.

Candidate profile
Proven leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
Can effectively motivate, encourage the sales team to ensure sales targets are executed.
Successful track record of sales.
Organized and notable management skills of daily functions.
Creative thinker who can collaborate and work with internal partners to identify new tactics that maximize the sales team’s success.
A true go-getter when it comes to establishing and maintaining relationships within those that are in our industry.
Has ownership mentality to manage new business growth plans and report ROI on Sales initiatives.
Self-driven and willing to travel and meet clients and network new sales opportunities.
Important requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team.
At least 10 years’ experience in sales, industry experience is highly preferred.
5+ years of Business-to-business background.
Tech-savvy!
Self-driven and motivated to meet goals.
Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel 25-75%.
