Team Overview: At Edward Jones, Identity and Access Management Program Architecture is responsible for providing secure by design, modern, efficient, and stable tools to service the enterprise.
Our key product capabilities include Identity Governance and Administration, Authentication and Access, and Privilege Access Management.
We are responsible for supporting and enhancing existing systems and developing technology solutions to support delivery of business outcomes in alignment with firm's vision.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for Identity and Access Management Program and Product integrations with existing and emerging services, systems, and applications.
This role will be important to will drive successful outcomes by architecting, designing, optimizing integrations across digital and technical application priorities.
Solution Architects work closely with product delivery developers, product owners, and product managers within their organization and across Technology functions and Firm business groups.
Solution Architects also promote technical and functional application upgrades, enhancements, and industry standard approaches to their product teams and business leaders.
What You'll Do.

Evaluate, design, implement and support solution enhancements across all Identity and Access Management Program and Products capabilities.
Design and architect integrations with Identity and Access Management combining SaaS systems, custom cloud applications, and on-premises applications across hybrid systems and multi-cloud platforms.
Work closely with Support, Systems and Business leads to promote technical and functional upgrades, enhancements and best practices/industry standards aligning Information Security, Cyber Security and Identity and Access Management.
Focus on continuous improvement to drive a seamless, modernized associate/user experience.
Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities within the areas of responsibility.
Guide and mentor teams on architecture, design, and integration of business software across multiple product platforms while ensuring solutions are built with performance, scalability, and resiliency in mind.
Build strong partnerships and relationships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Security.
What Experience You'll Need.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing large scale corporate systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing solutions with Identity and Access Management tooling.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in IT related positions.
Experience with Identity and Access Management products across and Identity Governance and Administration, Authentication and Access, and Privilege Access Management is required Experience using SCIM, RESTful API, Microsoft Graph, Cloud Native integrations with Identity and Access Management toolsets is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices Strong Analytical and technical skills are required Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders Provides direction and technical leadership in partnership with business stakeholders; creates strong team environment and builds technical skills through training and mentoring.
Ability to influence Business and Technical Team Leaders, Project Leaders and/or associates in a matrix organization.
Establish and maintain effective relationships across departments, business areas, and vendors.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St.
Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
