Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Marketing team at i3 Broadband.
This pivotal role involves extensive work with large data sets, providing crucial insights to support our marketing strategies and sales efforts.
The successful candidate will be deeply involved in data manipulation, analysis, and modeling, offering actionable intelligence to guide decision-making processes in our fast-paced telecommunication environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reporting on the Marketing departments defined key performance indicators.
Analyzing online marketing trends, collecting, and analyzing industry data, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance.
Develop insights that drive Marketing decisions and improve lead quality.
Collecting and processing large data sets from various internal and external sources.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in handling, manipulating, and pulling large data sets.
Develop and implement regression models using multiple large data sources to predict trends and outcomes.
Lead customer segmentation modeling, understanding, and applying demographic frameworks to target specific customer groups effectively.
Synthesize and distill large data sets to provide supported insights, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information for the marketing and sales team.
Collaborate with various departments to align marketing strategies with broader organizational goals, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Communication findings and insights to stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and make informed decisions.
Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, IT, or a related field required.
5 years of marketing analysis experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of work experience in an analytics-focused role with experience in digital marketing.
Must have Microsoft Excel EXPERT Certification
Use and knowledge of Marketo, PowerBI, Smartsheets, Google 4 Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
SAS Programming knowledge and data analytic support abilities including data extraction, cleansing, match/merging, and loading processes.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one database, ideally SQL server
