Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a sales team
