Objective:
As a Marketing Coordinator for our financial advisory team, your primary objective is to drive the firm's marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies.
You will collaborate with financial advisors to create compelling marketing collateral, manage digital platforms, and execute targeted campaigns.
Your goal is to elevate our brand presence, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster client engagement through strategic and innovative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Content Creation and Collateral Development: • Produce engaging and compliance-approved marketing content, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure messaging aligns with the firm's values and goals.

Digital Marketing: • Manage the firm's online presence through website updates, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
3.
Event Coordination: • Plan and coordinate financial seminars, webinars, and client appreciation events.
• Ensure seamless execution of events, from logistics to promotional materials.
4.
Client Communication: • Develop and maintain client communication strategies to nurture relationships and provide valuable information.
• Create and distribute regular updates on market trends, financial insights, and firm news.
5.
Brand Management: • Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to develop visually appealing and professional assets.
6.
Market Research: • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for the firm.
• Stay informed about industry regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
7.
Analytics and Reporting: • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Make recommendations for optimization based on key performance indicators.
Necessary Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
