Remote Work Availability No Job Description Summary Do you have high energy with impeccable integrity? Lincoln Community College (LLCC) Foundation is searching for a Donor Relations Coordinator who will act as donor relations liaison through strategic direction of gift acknowledgement, recognition and stewardship processes.
They will also manage a full array of functions for the LLCC Foundation office; ensure that the daily operations of the Foundation office are managed effectively and efficiently; and serve as primary support to the LLCC Foundation Board of Directors.
LLCC Foundation is a non-profit 501©(3) organization and governed by a 20-member volunteer board of directors.
The mission of the LLCC Foundation is to cultivate and steward charitable gifts to enrich and support Lincoln Land Community College students, programs and services.
As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year.
LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses.

The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills.

Required Qualifications Associate’s degree.
Extensive, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Five years of office management and/or project management.
Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.
Must be able to work confidentially.
Excellent people skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependability is a must.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
Ability to deal tactfully, effectually, and equitably with students, staff, faculty, donors, alumni and the general public.
Extensive software skills, including Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug-screen.

Raiser’s Edge, RENXT and GiveSmart.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Manages stewardship of donations including gift entry management and maintenance of donor records.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Manages acknowledgment process for donors and ensures that correspondence is in keeping with compliance for federal regulations, including initiating best avenue of correspondence.
Responsible for ensuring acknowledgments are prepared within 48 hours.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Responsible for extraction of information from database to meet reporting and research needs of the Foundation team.
Collaborate with the appropriate team member on these projects.

Works in concert with the Assistant Director regarding requests and follow-up.
Runs monthly query, creates contact reports, composes donor ask letters, updates database records, and processes and monitors responses.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Runs queries in donor database to create stewardship correspondence (birthday, wedding, sympathy) to donors and staff and for targeted mailings for communication efforts, solicitations, invitations, etc.
Coordinates and implements the annual update of the Circle of Friends Recognition Wall.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Assists with and participates in all LLCC Foundation special events.
Coordinates management of special event components including, but not limited to, event ticketing processes, sponsor forms, invitations, RSVP tracking, and follow-up correspondence.
Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Serves as the primary person for organizing all aspects of the LLCC Foundation Board meetings including: independently making all logistical plans and arrangements; compiling input from each Foundation area into a Board agenda with supporting materials; reviewing materials for content accuracy; editing the final draft documents for grammatical accuracy and stylistic symmetry; presenting final draft document for final approval.
Manages OnBoard portal platform for the coordination of all aspects of meetings.
Additionally, manages LLCC Foundation committee meetings (currently responsible for five board committees) as well as special event committees, including any sub-committee meetings.
Transcribes and prepares precise minutes of all regular and special meetings that are subject to independent audit review.

Coordinates and ensures that all Foundation records are filed and stored accurately, per retention policy that are subject to independent audit review.
