, a growing employee owned and family run business, is seeking an enthusiastic full time Account Manager I for our Sales Department.
This position is based in Springfield, Illinois.
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Ability to gather, analyze, and report sales data and trends
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills preferred, including in-person, e-mail and phone communication
· Demonstrated positive influences, including a willingness to proactively accept change and offer suggestions
· Ability to project a professional image
· Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
· Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
· Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
· Self-starter who works independently as well in a group environment
· Basic product knowledge across all divisions
· Detail oriented
· Bi-lingual abilities, especially those who speak fluent Spanish, are preferred
