At Green Toyota, you will be selling the most reliable vehicles available on the market today, and you will have the ability to learn and cross-sell the Volkswagen and Audi products, as well.
Our current sales consultants have a flexible schedule with only two (2) ‘Bell-to-Bell’ days each week! We use VIN Solutions as our CRM, and we have the Toyota SmartPath digital retailing tool- so our sales consultants work their own deals with the customers at their desks.
The sky is the limit with your income at Green Toyota! If you’re an experienced Sales Professional in Springfield- you should be working at Green Toyota! *Qualifications:* * Previous dealership sales experience.
* Great communication skills (written and spoken).
* Strong work ethic.
* Experience providing face to face customer service.
* Works extremely well under pressure.
* Available to work Saturdays, Evenings and some Holidays (all-weather conditions) * Ability to use down-time proactively.
*Responsibilities:* * Watch the lot.
* Greet and build rapport with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
* Ability to learn and use industry-based software (Vin Solutions, VAuto, SmartPath, Dealer Daily, Covideo, etc.

* Follow up with all customers both sold, and unsold.
* Follow up with orphan clients assigned to you.
* Keep in touch with Service Advisors for service-to-sales opportunities.
* Enter your customers into the CRM.
* Go on vehicle test drives with customers.
* Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, to close deals * Learn used vehicle inventory to gain product knowledge.
* Learn and train on new Toyota inventory and get your yearly Certifications.
* Assist in ensuring clean work and guest spaces.
* Assist your fellow sales staff with moving the lot and keeping it organized.
* Ask for the sale.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
* Communicate well with your desk managers.
* Make the buying experience fun for your customers- take their photo, post on Social Media, let them know you appreciate their business! * Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
*Requirements:* * Previous experience in dealership automotive sales.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
* Basic knowledge of retail math for pricing and financing calculations.
* Proven track record in sales of a similar role.
* Valid driver license.
* Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in person with proper phone etiquette and public speaking skills.
