We are now searching for the first wave of Sales Associates to not only join our dynamic team but to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the new best thing in Springfield! Key Responsibilities: • Pave the way for exceptional customer service in our brand-new establishment.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to establish a welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere.
• Greet customers in an engaging way.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions.
• Maintaining a neat and tidy store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning.
• Help to increase store sales and profitability.
• Keep track of inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
• Participating in store promotions and events.
