Our Ford Trucks Dealership is seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to drive sales growth and assist in leading our sales team.
*Job Description*
As a Used Vehicle Sales Manager at Landmark Ford Trucks, you will assist our General Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and play a pivotal role in the success of our dealership.
You will be responsible for helping lead a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
You will also ensure that our customers receive an outstanding experience throughout the car buying process.
*Responsibilities*
* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and guidance to maximize their performance.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including setting sales goals and targets.
* Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring an excellent buying experience, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and manage vehicle inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and attractive showroom.
* Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales processes.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance the dealership's reputation and business opportunities.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), but not required.
* Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
* Knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and market conditions.

Pay: $60,000.
00 - $130,000.
