Policies Analysis: Analyze client policies and make recommendations for adjustments or additional coverage as needed.
Policy Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries from new and existing clients regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims.
Application Processing: Assist clients with completing insurance applications and review applications for accuracy and completeness.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including addressing questions or concerns and assisting with policy changes or updates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements Active Insurance License: Must obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Illinois.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and help clients navigate their insurance needs.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately analyze policies and documentation to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
