Powersports Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced Powersports Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.
Qualifications: - Experience in powersports - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in English language, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills for processing transactions and accessing product information - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, interacting with customers and contributing to the success of our dealership.
