As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Internet Salesperson to join our team.
*Responsibilities:* Manage Online Leads: o Respond promptly to online inquiries, emails, and phone calls from potential customers.
o Utilize CRM tools to track and prioritize leads for efficient follow-up.
Digital Sales Presentations: o Conduct virtual presentations of vehicles to prospective customers through various online platforms.
o Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Customer Relationship Building: o Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
o Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Sales Process Execution: o Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay Informed on Automotive Trends: o Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
o Share relevant information with customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
*Qualifications:* • Proven experience as an Automotive Salesperson or similar role.
• Strong understanding of internet sales strategies and digital marketing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
