The Marketing Communications Digital Coordinator will devise content marketing and engagement strategies that drive tactical implementation of campaigns via contemporary engagement channels such as social media, content marketing platforms and owned media, including website, mobile and news/blog content.

Principal Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the national, regional and local medical community & marketplace, including health care industry terms, relevant topics and trends.
Act as project manager for campaigns and coordinate closely with marketing operations members to complete projects successfully and on time 
Work with subject matter experts/company leadership, interview employees/patients and conduct additional research to develop original stories and reoccurring content series opportunities.
Responsible for supporting website operations, including but not limited to compiling content and assets, writing/editing copy for the web, facilitating web page updates and new web pages, submitting and tracking technical support tickets, SEO, reporting and analytics.
 
Find smart, creative ways to repurpose content for and from strategic articles, blogs, and videos; evaluate quality of content and identify gaps.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling, patient-centric copy and content for digital channels.
Ensure accuracy of material through additional research and escalating edits and proofs to clients for content re-review.
Use data and analytic tools to optimize content for engagement and SEO.
Use project management tool to track and log all marketing projects.
Maintain accuracy, efficiency and integrity of all marketing products.
Keep abreast of latest developments in best practices, trends and tools, and recommend new strategies with meaningful measurement opportunities.
Adheres to internal editorial and AP style guidelines.
Help support the marketing and communication strategies of Springfield Clinic and its providers, specialties, and services.
Comply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
Adhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.
Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism or related concentration is required.
Content marketing, data/analytics tools, SEO and social media experience is required.
Minimum 1-3 years of professional marketing experience is required.
 
Experience and understanding in web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Site Improve 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous marketing campaign, digital and website experience in a related role is preferred 
 Proficiency in MS Office is required.
   
Must be highly detail oriented and able to deliver a high level of accuracy.
 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and simultaneous projects and work well in fast-paced environment is required.
