Reports to: Grants Director
III.
Purpose: Monitor program aspects of ICASA centers.
Provide technical assistance to current, new, and developing ICASA centers in the areas of programmatic service delivery.
IV.
Classification: Exempt
*PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES*
A.
*Grants Management*
1.
Assist in drafting funding applications.
Read and evaluate applications submitted by centers and program development grantees for funding.
Prepare summaries of applications for
Contracts Review Committee.
2.
Work with Grants Managers to prepare letters to funding applicants enumerating recommendations by the Contracts
Review Committee.
3.
Provide instructions on completing application for funding at technical assistance workshop for funding.
4.
Assist with preparation of subcontracts to centers, as needed.
5.
Staff the application and allocation process conducted by the
Contracts Review Committee.
Prepare information for the
Committee.
B.
*Monitoring/Program Development*
1.
Monitor and assess the centers' services, service reporting, and community networking through on-site visits.
Prepare all follow- up reports to each center receiving a site visit.
2.
Provide oversight for InfoNet system, including communication with the Illinois Criminal Justice Authority, center reports, review of centers progress toward objectives, and training for centers.
3.
Assist with technical assistance or training for ICASA centers in areas related to service delivery, program development, organizational management, and community relations.
4.
Assist with local groups, task forces, and/or organizations in establishing sexual assault services in communities where such services are needed.
C.
*Committees/Meetings*
1.
Staff Contracts Review Committee meetings.
Prepare materials to be submitted to Committee for review; record meeting minutes; provide follow-up on Committee recommendations.
2.
Staff Program Committee meetings.
Record meeting minutes; assist Committee with policy formulation and other committee business.
3.
Staff Regional Preventionist meetings or others as assigned.
Schedule meetings and secure meeting locations; prepare agenda and meeting materials; record meeting minutes.
D.
*Other*
1.
Perform other duties as may be necessary or assigned by the
Grants Director, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Executive
Officer.
2.
Adhere to the philosophy and policies of the Illinois Coalition
Against Sexual Assault.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in counseling, social work, and/or program management or equivalent experience in human services.
Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year experience in counseling, social work and/or program management.
Job Knowledge: Ability to evaluate service delivery to individual clients and the community.
Ability to provide training and technical assistance in oral and written communication.
Be familiar with sexual assault issues from a feminist perspective.
Other Requirements: The accepted candidate will be expected to complete ICASA’s 40-hour training requirement.
Ability to travel; have own means of transportation.
Overnight travel required.

Pay: $45,000.
