As a Marketing Consultant, you'll lead strategic analyses that span across the educator lifecycle.
From conducting consumer research to designing the way we route phone calls within the fulfillment center, you'll make an impact through data, analysis, and process improvement.
This role involves aligning business objectives, working cross functionally, and adapting to the changing needs of the business.
Key Areas of Impact Include:
Lead the development of sales strategy, enablement, and operations for marketing, digital and affiliate (MDA) sales
Work closely with Advanced Analytics to ensure marketing campaigns are measured and optimized
Assess and recommend how to best allocate working marketing dollars to optimize the portfolio
Develop and maintain a prospect database, enrich the data, and leverage it to run optimized campaigns
Conduct user testing and research to ensure campaigns are designed to exceed user expectations
Provide ongoing operational analysis to understand and improve daily performance
Conduct consumer research to identify external trends and internal opportunities
Assess operational processes to improve performance
Work cross-functionally, support strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
You'll be a great fit if you are:
Successful at navigating and achieving results across a diverse set of sales channels including EA, Digital, Call Center and Partnership distribution
Data driven and intellectually curious
An exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complicated messages
Proficient working with large sets of data and drawing meaningful insights
Technically strong with the ability to put insights into action
Passionate about the latest developments in marketing, sales and digital
Experienced working on large, strategic initiatives that span across multiple business units
Minimum Requirements:
6+ years in consulting, analytics, finance, or similar role, preferably with a financial services or similar firm
Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in business, advance degree preferred
Proficiency with user testing and Agile design principles
Experience using Python, SQL, or other query languages
Understanding of customer survey design practices
Project management experience working on unstructured and ambiguous topics
Current on emerging trends impacting the marketing, sales, and digital space
