This is a unique role that is responsible for a variety of strategic initiatives that are aimed at improving the agent, client, and prospect experience.
You'll leverage process design and digital tools to optimize our programs and processes.
As AVP Strategic Programs, you'll lead cross functional efforts that span across the prospect and agent lifecycle.
This position creates, managers, and optimizes programs, fosters collaboration, and ensures that projects contribute to the overall success of Horace Mann.
Key Areas of Impact Include:
Lead strategic programs aimed at profitable growth and a frictionless customer and agent experience
Manage national programs that include Outbound Marketing via third-party contact centers, new client onboarding experience, web lead routing optimization, user testing, new business NPS process, and more
Manage relationships with third-party technology partners that provide lead generation tools
Identify and implement new third-party tools to enhance the agent and customer experience
Serve as the conduit and project manager for the call center operations to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of service
Serve as the voice of the customer as it pertains to the agent, prospect, and client for Marketing, Digital and Affiliate sales
Serve as a liaison that coordinates across teams and communicates key messages and updates throughout the organization
You'll be a great fit if you are:
Successful at working across multiple marketing and sales verticals including Agent, Digital, Call Center, and Strategic Partnerships
A proven leader with success in building and developing a direct and matrixed team
Data driven with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively while implementing processes to assess and track metrics and drive data-driven decision making
Proficient with UX/UI design principles and research along with Agile delivery
Exceptional at working cross-functionally, leading strategic program management, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Intellectually curious with a passion for challenging the status quo
Adaptable to changing and evolving priorities
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years in program management, consulting, or process improvement, preferably with a financial services or similar organization
Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
Six sigma or additional project management experience
Process design with focus on customer experience with emphasis on digital and call center operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to internal and external audiences
Strong quantitative skills with initiative measurement experience
