*PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT*
Provides customer service, marketing, and administrative assistance to the location personnel.
*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Assist in monthly customer statement distribution.
• Coordinates, schedules, and prepares for meetings, as requested.
• Answers phone and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Always demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Pays close attention to detail, prioritizes work daily, and displays organization skills to keep up with continuously changing demands.
*OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS*
• Assists department staff as needed.
• Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.
• Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

*Educations and Experience*
Must be pursuing a degree or certification from a community college, technical college, or university and in good academic standing at the time the internship begins.

• Demonstrated planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
