The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily store operations and creating outstanding customer experiences.
Job Details
Pay: $45,000.
00 per year plus bonus potential
Pay Type: Hourly
Location: Jacksonville, IL
Hours: 45 scheduled hours per week

Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure the highest level of customer service
Assist the General Manager in creating and maintaining a customer friendly environment
Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required
Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Open availability to work opposite of store manager, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, on being on call
Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license
Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions
Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food or fuel is required
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Exceptional customer service skills
