Assistant Manager

```Duties:``` - Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently - Conduct wireless sales and promote products and services to customers - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees - Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Manage shifts and ensure proper staffing levels - Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise displays ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in cash register operation and wireless sales preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to interview, train, and lead a team effectively - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
