Northeast Family Services is seeking independently licensed clinicians to join our growing Illinois team and welcome applicants from neighboring states!
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Outpatient Clinician will provide services and care to our patients in Illinois in accordance with NFS’ policies.

$3,000 Stay-on Bonus for Independent License / $1,500 Masters level
NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

$45 to $55 / hour
Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
License in the state of Illinois
Independent Clinical License
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
