Posting Identification Number CS35072 Job Posting Details: The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking to hire a motivated candidate to serve as Human Resources Representative assigned to our Human Resources Staff unit.
This position performs a variety of professional, classification and organizational structuring services statewide for the Division of Child Support Services.
Additionally, the position will confer with management regarding rules, policies, and procedures concerning staff, reassignments, and other classification matters and serves as liaison to Division staff with regard to timely notice, submission, and review of evaluations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of the tasks of this position.
