We welcome surgeons and physicians with all specialty backgrounds.
Our partnered specialist visits the patient at the nursing home and develop a comprehensive plan of care with the nursing staff.

Interested in joining the Pinnacle Wound Management family? *Duties/Responsibilities:* * Travel to each assigned nursing facility weekly * Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care * Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration * Utilize facility formulary and follow facility protocols * Document patient encounter in our EHR to ensure timely reporting * Discuss treatments and goals with PCP and family members * Procedures – Debridement’s, I & D’s, Cauterization, NPWT, etc.
