We are currently looking for passionate, growth-oriented master's level clinical professional for a new full time role as a Clinical Assessor in our Springfield location!
The Clinical Assessor is a master’s level clinical professional who will complete an Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) utilizing the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) approved instrument; the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) Assessment for Medicaid enrolled children under the age of 21 in Illinois.
The Clinical Assessor will meet with the individual, parent/guardian face-to-face, by phone, or by video to complete the intake and assessment process.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field
Licensure in the state of IL (LPC, LSW, MFT; LCPC, LCSW or LMFT)
IM+CANS certification required
One year of related clinical experience in Community Mental Health working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
Experience in quality management preferred
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
