* 2+ years of Sous Chef experience
* High volume experience a must
* Great leadership skills

* Take responsibility for preparation and comprehensive understanding of operations to drive financial success.
* Support the implementation of new menus, systems, and kitchen strategies.
* Collaborate in optimizing financial outcomes and participate in periodic inventory tasks.
