Job Description Summary:
The Director of Growth will be responsible for driving growth initiatives across the Naven Health business.
Partnering with the Naven Health Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial growth strategies that accelerate overall business growth.
This role will support the development of new service offerings and business models to enhance the experience of our customers and most importantly enhance our patient experience within Naven Health.
This role is highly collaborative and requires experience working across multiple functions, including strategy, legal, clinical, operations, finance, and marketing

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Business Development, Partnership Development, Contracting, Commercial Operations
Must be able to work collaboratively with varying levels of the organization – the executive level, Naven Health Leadership, and throughout the broader organization.
Develop and implement strategies to drive company growth and expand market presence by analyzing market trends and customer relationships.
Oversee the development, negotiation, and implementation of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
Builds a cohesive, service-oriented team through recruitment, training and development, engagement, and retention of qualified team members.
Maintains a work environment in which staff will succeed and grow in their professional development and contribute to the overall success of Naven Health
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) given many of the initiatives will be transformational and require a significant level of change management and understanding
Establishes, monitors and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of growth and business development strategies.
Solid problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to find solutions to complex problems and demonstrate how initiatives will create value.
Comfortable with taking on a leadership role in the business across multiple areas, even without having all the business knowledge.

Basic Qualifications
MBA Required
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience
Basic Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial operations
Demonstrated experience in negotiating and executing complex contracts
Previous leadership experience in a growth-focused role
Experience in customer-facing roles
Experience in product/service solution development
Proven strong Communication Skills – verbal, written, presentation
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and analytics.
Proven ability to demonstrate value with initiatives
Change Management capabilities
