Case Aide Supervisor

This position leads and supports our case aides working in the Child Welfare field, with a goal of ensuring safety of the children/youth, promoting their wellbeing, and working toward permanence through foster care, family reunification, guardianship, or independence.

What you’ll be doing:
As our Case Aide Supervisor, you will provide support and supervision to a team of case aides working with children who have been removed from their home.
Our Case Aides assist case managers through visitation supervision and transportation, appointment scheduling, and documenting these client interactions.
As the Supervisor, you will assign caseloads, ensure safe and adequate transportation for clients, review Case Aide documentation for policy compliance, and conduct staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and discipline.
This role may carry a caseload when needed to assist the team.
What we're looking for:
· High School Diploma/GED
· 2 years of direct Case Aide experience, preferred
· Valid Driver’s license in good standing, and automobile insurance.
Must obtain a valid IL license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state.
· Ability to complete a physical and TB (PPD) test within 30 days of hire.
