Payroll Compare Lead

Description: Voted one of Chicago's Best Places to Work by the Chicago Tribune for the seventh year in a row, Clarity Partners is hiring! Clarity Partners is seeking a Payroll Compare Lead for a large-scale client facing project.
Seeking candidates flexible to report to the client site in Springfield, IL as needed.
Responsibilities: Requires SF ECP knowledge and extensive large client ECP payroll compare experience Lead and manage workstream to contribute to the overall project success.
Can identify, analyze and explain the differences and variances between legacy and ECP payroll runs.
Work closely with a large team to deliver results.
Manage to and maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
Requirements: Requirements: 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP ECP with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations at large clients.
At least one project leading a workstream within larger projects, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel 25-50%, on average.
