EC Payroll Lead

Seeking candidates flexible to report to the client site in Springfield, IL as needed.
Responsibilities: Requires deep SF ECP knowledge and extensive large client ECP implementation experience.
Understands how to drive the client and a large project team to a successful implementation integrating with Workforce Software and SF EC.
Develop system strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in a large.
Perform project tasks independently.
Lead workstream and manage and direct the efforts of others.
Lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract specifications.
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to resolve client issues.
Requirements: Requirements: 7-10 years of consulting or industry experience delivering SAP SF solutions.
5+ years of Employee Central Payroll experience with an emphasis on configuring and implementing ECP at large clients.
Experience integrating ECP with EC.
Experience integrating SECP with Workforce Software.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel between 25-50%, on average.
Experience using an Agile implementation methodology.
