Maintenance Director
Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Director is to plan, orgarnize, develop and and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
Works under the supervision of the Regional Director of Plant Enviornment.
Essential Duties:
· Repair facility/resident property; coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments; inspect facility for upkeep and supply control; and coordinate with outside vendors.
· Supervise safety and fire protection and prevention programs; inspect work areas and equipment; and ensure that supplies, equipment, etc.
, are maintained and utilized to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:
· Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
· Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc.
