As a Senior Director, you will be actively involved in the growth and development of the newly established management consulting practice.
Your role will focus on driving targeted digital business transformations for our clients and providing strategic advice in the early stages of those transformations.
You will work in multidisciplinary teams consisting of management consultants, creative and experienced strategists, and process engineers.

Leads large teams to drive business strategy and transformation that drives business value.
Actively participate in the entrepreneurial building of a team of strategic consultants: support the recruitment process, define ways of working, contribute to thought leadership.
Effectively manages a team to provide quality advice to clients.
*Qualification*
*Skills and experience:*
* Over 10 years of experience in strategic and/or management consulting with a large global consulting firm.
* Previous experience of large-scale transformation as part of a corporate strategy with global scale and reach.
* Skills in building relationships with seniors and performing effective work for your clients.
* Team player driven by the desire to create business value.
* Excellent written, verbal, digital and presentation skills.
* Extensive consulting skills and experience advising C-level clients.
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

* Appreciation for flexible working methods.
* Interest and experience in technology and using technology to add business value.
* Openness to traveling and working on client premises to provide the first class service we pride ourselves on.
