STARTING SALARY $80,000 FOR FULL-TIMEPART-TIME SALARY WOULD BE ADJUSTED BASED ON HOURS WORKED - ONLY 10 HOURS A WEEK FOR COMPLIANCE Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Decatur, Illinois, seeks a Clinical Director (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts - LPHA).
This is a Salaried Role, with Part Time or Full Time Opportunities.
Individuals with the following credentials are appropriate for this role: LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with a Psych specialty, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Decatur Manor is a 24/7 crisis intervention, assessment and admission service, providing specialized individual residential care for adults with psychiatric disorders.

In Addition to a Competitive Salary, We Offer You: · Choice of several health insurance plans · 401(k) with company match · Voluntary Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance · Paid time off (PTO) · Teladoc for Immediate Care (when enrolled in a health plan) · Health Savings Account (HSA)(when enrolled in a health care plan) · Opportunity for Advancement Responsibilities of the Clinical Director (LPHA, LCSW, LCPC, LCP, PMHNP, LMFT): Direct overall operations Hire, train and supervise staff, including MHPs, QMHPs, CRSs, and RSAs Work collaboratively with the facility Executive Director and Director of Nursing Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve the delivery of care Oversee the assessment of all potential residents Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel Develop and coordinate educational in-services Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide Ensure adherence to Joint Commission and Illinois Department of Public Health, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and any other applicable standards.
IND5 Requirements: of the Clinical Director: Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.
) At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority Excellent communication and relationship building skills Equal Opportunity Employer
