Manage online reputation and surveys Manage sales platform to ensure detailed perfection Manage resident event schedule Coordinate with maintenance department and communicate needs as they arise WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and highly organized Strong customer service skills Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws Ability to work some weekends and evenings
