Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain quality standards
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front of house staff and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
