Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC) is looking for clinicians currently pursuing their BCBA credential to serve as a Junior Program Manager (BCBA in Training)! At LAC, we combine our values and clinical expertise to provide collaborative, compassionate care in order to promote the best outcomes for our learners.
We believe that it is essential for the services we provide to progress alongside the ever-evolving field of ABA.
In doing so, we utilize naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) on staff to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages.
As a Junior Program Manager, you will learn how to fulfill clinical responsibilities while under direct supervision of an experienced BCBA on staff.
This position allows you to accumulate fieldwork hours required to sit for the exam, while also receiving mentorship in skill areas that go beyond what is covered in the exam.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Develop, modify, and maintain acquisition goals for learners on caseload
Develop, modify, and maintain behavior intervention plans for learners on caseload
Conduct productive parent training sessions
Complete insurance reports, based on each learner’s authorization period
Assist in identifying areas of growth for the center and execute plans for improvement
Staff management, including providing positive and constructive feedback, ongoing training, conducting staff meetings, and providing guidance throughout the RBT level system

What you bring:
Process of completing Master’s degree with behavior-analytic content
2 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
Pending eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam
