The role of the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader is to fulfill our commitments and execute our Great Food Fundamental Disciplines.
As a member of the Leadership team, the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader sets the pace of the shift, while coaching and teaching Our Teammates in the Heart of the House.
