*Director, Case Management*
*Job Description:*
Western Illinois Dreamers is looking for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish and English) Director for its Illinois Welcoming Center in Springfield, Illinois.
WID's Illinois Welcoming Center provides support and resources to immigrants, refugees, and Limited English Proficiency families.
The Director will oversee and manage staff and the Springfield office, as well as provide case management to and connect clients with resources through WID’s non-profit network, while also creating community alliances and completing outreach.
Strong writing and communication skills, as well as oral bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are required.
Basic technology skills are required, and experience with Google Workspace is preferred, but not a requirement.
A college degree or other relevant experience or education in social work, anthropology, sociology, languages, public services, or other relevant field is strongly preferred.
Western Illiniois Dreamers (WID) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and aiding the immigrant community in Illinois.

·Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree preferred (we will offer a better starting salary).
·Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
·Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From $23.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
