*+ Overview *
The Client Management Intake Coordinator is under the direction of the Energy Services Director and is responsible for aiding customers through program grants and/or referrals.
Customer intake, outreach, and referrals are performed by this position.
The Client Management Intake Coordinator must also understand and promote the goals and philosophy of the agency and that of the programs within the agency.
Client Management Intake Coordinator will assist in identifying and recruiting prospective customers for advocacy program to assist in the holistic family assistance approach embraced by CAPCIL.
*+ Essential Job Functions*
* Perform intake procedures to determine customer eligibility for all CAPCIL programs
* Provide internal/external referrals to program directors and community partners
* Maintain accurate, updated records and files in the centralized intake database
* Possess a working knowledge of grants, program requirements, guidelines, and service delivery practices of the agency
* Perform clerical duties as appropriate, answering phones, serving as a physical presence at the intake desk, processing data in the customer intake system and serving as a liaison between the customer and the program points of contact
* Perform any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values
*+ Education and Experience*
* High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and apply program standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Resourceful and able to obtain information regarding agency and community resources
