Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet performance goals
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve company objectives
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of store associates
- Proven experience in store management, including sales management and inventory control
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify qualified candidates for employment
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control expenses
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers and staff members
- Proficient in sales management techniques to drive revenue growth
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting
