Owner-Operator Truck Driver (26ft Straight Truck, Dry Van and 40ft Hotshot or 48ft/53ft Flatbed)
We are seeking experienced and motivated Owner-Operator Truck Drivers with their own truck and trailers to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Operate your own truck and trailer to transport various types of cargo, including but not limited to, construction materials, equipment, and oversized loads.
* Safely and efficiently load, secure, and unload cargo, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
* Plan and execute routes, considering factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
* Perform regular inspections and maintenance on your truck and trailer to ensure they are in good working order and comply with all applicable regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mileage, fuel usage, and cargo details.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck and trailer being operated for CDL operated vehicles.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a truck driver.
* Own a reliable and well-maintained truck and trailer (if not Straight Truck).
* Possess a clean driving record and demonstrate a commitment to safe driving practices.
* Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding commercial trucking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and make sound decisions on the road.
* Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures, including any additional safety requirements.
* Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Compensation will be based on a percentage of revenue, determined by deducting business expenses from the gross earnings.
