Job Details:
Pay Rate: $14.
00-$14.
50 per hour
Location: Springfield, IL
Status: Part time
Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, Mid
1st shift is typically mornings between 6am and 3pm
2nd shift is typically evenings between 2pm and 12am
Mid shift is typically middle of the day between 9am and 7pm

Job Responsibilities:
Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Preparing hot and cold food items for sale.
Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs.
Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment.
Maintaining a clean and safe parking lot free of debris.
Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Retail experience is preferred.
Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled.
Honest and friendly with a great work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to multi-task with a team and individually.
Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to squat, bend, and use a step stool or ladder.
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
