This is a contract role for a Mainframe Developer at Client.
The Mainframe Developer will be responsible for application development, software development, batch processing, and utilizing analytical skills.
This is an on-site role located in Springfield, IL.
*Qualifications*
* Mainframe, Application Development, and Software Development skills
* Analytical Skills and Batch Processing experience
* Experience with mainframe programming languages and tools
* Knowledge of system design and development methodologies
* Experience working with relational databases
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 6+ years overall experience with 3+ years of RACF Administration experience.
* Extensive experience with RACF or similar mainframe security systems, often requiring several years of hands-on experience.
* In-depth knowledge of mainframe security principles, user administration, access control lists, dataset permissions, and auditing.
* Proficiency in z/OS, JCL (Job Control Language), and REXX or other scripting languages for automation.
* Certifications relevant to mainframe security or RACF could be advantageous.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $43.
49 - $70.
